Programme Content
Study European Management with a special focus on Behavioural Management
Our postgraduate MBA study programme “European Management” has been providing excellence in executive education since 1990 and has been state-approved from the beginning. It is the oldest MBA programme in all of Germany. It is held in English language and includes 15 courses (usually taking place as blocked courses from Wednesday to Saturday) as well as the Master Thesis. The programme combines solid business content with modern teaching and learning methods and places particular emphasis on professional practice. To ensure this, guest lecturers from international universities and companies are invited and joint projects are integrated.
Our research and teaching focus on the behaviour of people and markets (“Menschen und Märkte”).
Companies are successful if and only if they understand people in their roles as consumers, customers, employees, and decision makers. Companies and their managers must be capable of understanding markets from economic, societal, and psychological perspectives. In order to understand behaviour in all its facets, professional managers need to be able to apply basic theories to their observations of market development and master the methods used for influencing behaviour.
