Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Our Bachelor of Science in Business Administration lays the groundwork for an international career in management. The teaching method includes case- and project-based learning, excursions, business simulations, integrated internships, a semester abroad and regular interaction with industry professionals. Students choose one of four profiles – Digital Management & Innovation, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or Sustainable Management, allowing them to focus on their chosen area and helping to prepare them for their future career goals.

Once a student has decided on KLU, the last choice is the track: either Standard (180 ECTS) or Intensive (210 ECTS). The Intensive Track allows more in-depth exposure to the coursework, a second internship, and, with the extra credits, could offer more options when choosing a master's degree. Students join the 'KLU family' from day one. As part of this community, they have the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy while growing into competent professionals and part of a strong global network.

Business Foundations Program (Studienkolleg)

Not every path to KLU looks the same. Depending on your high school curriculum or course combination, you may need to complete our 1-year Business Foundations Program before starting your Bachelor in Business Administration. Curriculum

Our three-year BSc in Business Administration kicks off every September and gives you a strong, hands-on foundation for your future career.

You'll build core knowledge in management, economics, and personal skills, then sharpen your profile along one of two focus areas – human and environment or data and systems – and choose from four specializations: International Management, Sustainable Management, Supply Chain Management, or Digital Management & Innovation.

Want to go the extra mile? Our optional intensive track gives you a higher workload and additional practical training for an even deeper academic experience.

Along the way, you'll also gain real-world exposure through:

• An exchange semester at one of our partner universities abroad
• A three-month practical training period to apply what you've learned
• Your Bachelor's thesis (3 months) to wrap it all up

Admission Requirements

Don't have your school leaving certificate yet? No problem. Just submit a transcript of records with all your grades so far, and hand in your final certificate at a later stage.

Planning to study from outside the EU? Keep in mind that visa processing can take up to two months after your acceptance – and there's plenty else to organize along the way. That's exactly why we recommend applying by the international deadline above, so you have enough time to sort everything out and start your KLU journey stress-free.

We charge a non-refundable application fee of €50; your application will only be processed once we've received it. Selected candidates may be eligible for an application fee waiver.
