There’s no business like family business: An introduction

Professor Dr Matthias Waldkirch addresses the topic of family businesses in this trial lecture. He will give you an introduction to family businesses, explain the advantages and disadvantages of family-run companies and talk about founding and continuing a family business.

You are welcome to join in the discussion and try out business studies digitally for an hour. Professor Waldkirch conducts research into leadership and human relations approaches as well as entrepreneurship and innovation in the context of family businesses. He is an active reviewer for several leading journals in the field of family businesses and entrepreneurship.
