Develop global strategies, conduct negotiations, make corporate decisions – the English-language MBA programme at FOM University prepares you to take on responsibility as a manager. You will expand your specialist knowledge in areas such as marketing, finance and business law and develop personal skills for top international management.
You will also have the opportunity to set individual priorities and deepen your knowledge in specific areas. Exchanging ideas with students from different industries will broaden your horizons, while accompanying career coaching will support your personal development.
You will complete your part-time “Master of Business Administration (MBA)” programme with a state-recognised and internationally accredited masters degree from FOM University.

You can study the MBA at FOM if you have a first university degree – for example, a bachelor’s, master's, diploma, Magister or state examination. Degrees from accredited vocational academies are also recognised.
You must also meet the following requirements
- Your university degree must comprise at least 210 ECTS credits,
or
- Your university degree comprises 180 ECTS credits and you can compensate for up to 30 ECTS credits through additional qualifications, such as academic achievements or professional experience.
You will need:
- At least one year of professional experience after graduation
- adequate English language skills at language level B2 (e.g. at least 860 points on the TOEIC or at least 83 points on the TOEFL)
- current employment

Total fee: 15.890 euro
The course fee is payable in 24 monthly instalments of 575 euro – with no additional interest. The one-time enrolment fee is 1,590 euro payable in 6 monthly payments of 265 € within the first semester– for participants who have completed or are currently enrolled in a degree programme or recognised continuing education programme at an institute belonging to the BCW Group, this fee is reduced by half. The one-time examination fee of 500 euro is payable at the end of the programme.

With your Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), a wide range of career opportunities will open up to you – in various industries and areas of business. Depending on your interests and specialisations, you could work in the following positions (m/f/d) and areas, among others:
- Strategic management: You analyse market and company data, develop long-term strategies and manage their implementation - with in-depth expertise in controlling, digitalisation and leadership.
- Financial: You plan investments, evaluate companies and manage liquidity-based on current capital market data and business management methods.
- International management: You will coordinate international business processes, develop new markets and design sustainable strategies - also from an intercultural perspective.
